The bionic hand, which was developed by Mechanical Engineering students at Diponegoro University, aims to help people with hand disabilities so that they can carry out their daily activities as they should. Only by moving the shoulder muscles, these bionic fingers can move to grip bottles, cellphones and various other items. In addition to the demonstration of the installation and use of the bionic hand, a trial of the use of an electric car created by the Undip Master of Engineering program was also shown.

Meanwhile, Undip Chancellor Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H, M.Hum felt happy and proud of the development and discovery.
“Undip in order to meet PTNBH must run and every individual is required to have work responsibilities,” said the Chancellor.
The Chancellor also added that several problems had been fixed, research products had also been prepared, and the availability of funds to facilitate research was currently at 40 billion rupiah. (Oktora Adi/Undip Public Relations)
